ORDINANCE II OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN HOSPITAL WASTE MANAGEMENT COUNCIL ORDINANCE, 2001 ORDINANCE II OF 2001 An Ordinance to provide for safe disposal of waste generated by Hospitals in the Province of Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 13th February, 2001] No. Legis. 1-127/Law/2000, dated 13-2-2001.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 9th February, 2001, is hereby published for general information:-- 22. Sum payable to the Council to be recoverable as land revenue.- All sums payable to the Council in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance, rules, and regulations, shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue.
