ORDINANCE X OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BOARD ORDINANCE, 2001 ORDINANCE X OF 2001 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of the Balochistan Information Technology Board in the Province of Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 30th May, 2001] No. Legis. 1-130/Law/2001, dated 30-5-2001.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 18th May, 2001, is hereby published for general information:-- 7. Funds of the Board.--(1) There shall be a fund known as Information Technology Board Fund which may vest in the Board and to which shall be credited all moneys received by the Board. (2) The fund shall be kept in such custody and shall be utilized and regulated in such manner as may be prescribed by rules. (3) The Government shall provide funds to Information Technology Board for its Secretariat and other necessary and incidental expenses.
