Amendment of section 26 of Act I of 1997.--In the Balochistan Irrigation and Drainage Authority Act, 1997, hereinafter .referred to as the said Act, in section 26:-- (a) in subsection (2), for the words "Accountant-General for the Province" the words "Auditor-General of Pakistan" shall be substituted. (b) in subsection (4) for the words "Accountant-General for the Province" the words "Auditor-General of Pakistan" shall be substituted.
