Manifestoes.--(1) The candidates for the seat of a Zila Nazim and a tehsil and town Nazim shall before the election t0 such office, make public a manifesto containing the policies and programmes he proposes to pursue and implement if elected. (2) The manifesto prepared under subsection (1) shall be attached to the nomination paper.
