Breach of official duty.--A presiding officer or any other person employed by any such officer in connection with his official duties imposed by or under this Ordinance, is guilty of an offence punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, if he, without reasonable cause, does or omits to do an act in breach of any such official duty.
