ORDINANCE VI OF 2000 BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTION ORDINANCE, 2000 ORDINANCE VI OF 2000 An Ordinance to provide for holding elections for the establishments of local Governments in the Province of Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 5th October, 2000] No. Legis.-1-122(Law)/2000, dated 5-10-2000.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 5th October, 2000, is hereby published for general information:--- 36. Cognizance.--No Court shall take cognizance of the offences under sections 32, 33 and 34 except on the complaint in writing of the returning officer concerned.
