ORDINANCE X OF 2000 BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2000 ORDINANCE X OF 2000 An Ordinance to amend the Balochistan Local Government Election Ordinance, 2000 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 25th November, 2000] No. Legis.-1-122(Law)/2000, dated 25-11-2000.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 20th November, 2000, is hereby published for general information--- 5. Substitution of section 9 of Ordinance VI of 2000.--In the said Ordinance, for section 9, the following shall be substituted, namely:-- "9. Special Minority seats.--In a local area where the population of minorities is in excess of ten percent of the total population of that area, the seats mentioned in the preceding sections shall be allocated in such manner as the Government may determine. "
