ORDINANCE X OF 2000 BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2000 ORDINANCE X OF 2000 An Ordinance to amend the Balochistan Local Government Election Ordinance, 2000 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 25th November, 2000] No. Legis.-1-122(Law)/2000, dated 25-11-2000.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 20th November, 2000, is hereby published for general information--- 6. Amendment of section 13 of Ordinance VI of 2000.--In the said Ordinance, in section 13,-- (i) for subsection (2), the following shall be substituted, namely:-- "(2) The Union shall be the multi-member ward for election of members of a Union Council, other than Union Nazim and Naib Union Nazim."; (ii) subsection (3) shall be omitted.
