Amendment of section 3 of Ordinance VI of 2000.--In subsection (3) of section 3, of the Balochistan Local Government Election Ordinance, 2000, the full stop appearing at the end shall be substituted by a colon and thereafter the following proviso shall be added: "Provided that the appellate authority shall be appointed if Government authorises an officer to invite objections of the proposals."
