ORDINANCE XI OF 2000 BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS (SECOND AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2000 ORDINANCE XI OF 2000 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Election Ordinance, 2000 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 19th December, 2000] No. Legis.-1-122(Law)/2000, dated 19-12-2000.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 18th December, 2000, is hereby published for general information:-- Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Elections Ordinance, 2000, in the manner hereinafter appearing; And whereas the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan stands suspended in pursuance of the Proclamation of Emergency of the fourteenth day of October, 1999, and the Governor of Balochistan is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action. Now, therefore, in pursuance of Article 4 of the Provisional Constitution (Amendment) Order, 1999 (Chief Executive's Order No.9 of 1999) and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf; -the Governor of Balochistan is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:--
