Substitution of section 32 of Ordinance XIX of 1965.--In the Balochistan Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965 for section 32, the following shall be substituted:-- "32. Sale of Motor Vehicles and Transfer of ownership.--(1) Sale of any motor vehicle, registered under this Chapter and transfer of its ownership shall be in prescribed manner. (2) Contravention of this Section or the Rules made thereunder shall be punishable by the Registering Authority with fine which may not be less than 25% of the transfer fee for every defaulting month.
