Short title, extent and commencement.---(1) This Ordinance may be called the Balochistan Prohibition on Use and Sale of Polythene Bags Ordinance, 2001. (2) It extends to the whole of Province of Balochistan except Tribal Areas. (3) It shall come into force at once.
