Definitions.--In this Ordinance unless the context otherwise requires the following expressions shall have the meaning hereby respectively assigned to them, that is to say- (a)"Factory" means any premises where the polythene bags are made and produced; (b) "Person" includes a shopkeepers, factory owners, hawkers and others. (c) "Polythene bags" means a leading thermoplastic processed from polythene granules.
