ORDINANCE V OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN PROHIBITION ON USE AND SALE OF POLYTHENE BAGS ORDINANCE, 2001 ORDINANCE V OF 2001 An Ordinance to prohibit the sale and use of polythene bags in the Province of Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 17th March, 2001] No. Legis: 1-117/Law/2000, dated 17-3-2001.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 19th February, 2001, is hereby published for general information. 5. Offence to be cognizable and bailable. --Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, an offence punishable under this Ordinance shall be cognizable and bailable within the meaning of the said Code.
