Amendment of section 5, Act XLI of 1958.--In the Agricultural Census Act, 1958 (XLI of 1958), in section 5, in subsection (3), after the word "experi ments", the words and comma "as is not less than such loss or damage, and the assessment of the loss or damage shall be carried out in such manner" shall be inserted.
