Amendment of section 19, Ordinance IV of 1961.--In the Agricultural Development Bank Ordinance, 1961 (1V of 1961), in section 19, in sub-section (1), in clause (d), for the proviso the following shall be substituted, namely :- "Provided that, where a loan not exceeding such amount as the Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, specify is made to an individual agriculturist, it may be secured by a bond with one or more sureties, as the Bank may deem necessary.".
