Amendment of section 10, Ordinance IV of 1961.--In the Agricultural Development Bank Ordinance, 1961 (IV of 1961), in section 10, after subsection (1), the following new subsection shall be inserted, namely :- "(1.A) The Chairman shall on the expiry of his term of office be eligible for reappointment."
