ORDINANCE VI OF 1998 ORDINANCE VI OF 1998 AUTHORITY FOR AIWAN-E-IQBAL ORDINANCE, 1998 An Ordinance to provide for the Establishment of Authority for Aiwan-e-Iqbal [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 18th April, 1998] No.F.2(1)/98-Pub., dated 18-4-1998.-----The following Ordinance made by the President is hereby published for general information:-- CHAPTER II CONSTITUTION OF AUTHORITY FOR AIWAN-E-IQBAL 3. Constitution of the Authority.--(1) There shall be established an Authority to be known as the "Authority for Aiwan-e-Iqbal". (2) The Authority shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and common seal, with power, subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and shall by its name sue or to be sued.
