ORDINANCE VI OF 1998 ORDINANCE VI OF 1998 AUTHORITY FOR AIWAN-E-IQBAL ORDINANCE, 1998 An Ordinance to provide for the Establishment of Authority for Aiwan-e-Iqbal [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 18th April, 1998] No.F.2(1)/98-Pub., dated 18-4-1998.-----The following Ordinance made by the President is hereby published for general information:-- CHAPTER II CONSTITUTION OF AUTHORITY FOR AIWAN-E-IQBAL 6. Meetings.--(1) The Board shall meet at Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex, Lahore, or such other place as it may deem appropriate and follow such rules and procedure in regard to the transaction of business as it may prescribed by regulations. (2) The Chairman, and in his absence, any other member elected by the members present shall preside over the meeting of the Board. (3) The decisions at the meeting of the Board shall be taken by a majority of the members present and voting. (4) The quorum for a meeting shall be such as may be prescribed by regulations.
