Extraordinary, 8th February 1973] No. Legis. 1-52/Law/72.-The Baluchistan Control on Possession and, Consumption of Drugs Act, 1973, having been passed by the Provincial, Assembly of Baluchistan on the 12th January 1973 and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 31st January 1973, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature of Baluchistan. 2. Application of other laws not barred-------The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Dangerous Drugs Act, 1930 (II of 1930) and the Drugs Act, 1940 (XXIII of 1940) and any other law for the time being in force.
