Extraordinary, 8th February 1973] No. Legis. 1-52/Law/72.-The Baluchistan Control on Possession and, Consumption of Drugs Act, 1973, having been passed by the Provincial, Assembly of Baluchistan on the 12th January 1973 and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 31st January 1973, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature of Baluchistan. 6. Punishment for allowing premises to be used for the commission of an offence.----Whoever, being the owner or occupier or having the use of any house, room, enclosure, space, vessel, vehicle or place, permits it to be used for the commission by any person of an offence punishable under section 5, shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to four years and fine which may extend to one thousand rupees: Provided that the minimum term of imprisonment shall be of one year:
