Extraordinary, 8th February 1973] No. Legis. 1-52/Law/72.-The Baluchistan Control on Possession and, Consumption of Drugs Act, 1973, having been passed by the Provincial, Assembly of Baluchistan on the 12th January 1973 and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 31st January 1973, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature of Baluchistan. 9. Attempts.---Whoever attempts to commit an offence punishable under this Act or to cause such an offence to be committed and in such attempt does any act towards the commission of the offence, shall be punished with the punishment provided for the offence.
