Extraordinary, 8th February 1973] No. Legis. 1-52/Law/72.-The Baluchistan Control on Possession and, Consumption of Drugs Act, 1973, having been passed by the Provincial, Assembly of Baluchistan on the 12th January 1973 and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 31st January 1973, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature of Baluchistan. 10. Abetment.----Whoever abets an offence punishable under this Act shall whether such offence be or be not committed in consequence of such abetment, and notwithstanding anything contained in section 116 of the Pakistan Penal Code be punished with the punishment provided for the offence.
