Extraordinary, 8th February 1973] No. Legis. 1-52/Law/72.-The Baluchistan Control on Possession and, Consumption of Drugs Act, 1973, having been passed by the Provincial, Assembly of Baluchistan on the 12th January 1973 and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 31st January 1973, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature of Baluchistan. 14. Burden of proof.---Where any drugs notified under section 3 are seized under this Act in the reasonable belief that an act to avoid any prohibition or restriction for the time being enforced by or under this Act has been committed !n respect of such drugs, or that there is intent so commit such act, the burden of proving that no such act has been committed or there was no such intent shall be on the person from whose possession the drugs were seized.
