ACT V OF 1990 ACT V OF 1990 ASSEMBLY MEMBERS (SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1990 An Act to amend the Sindh Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1974 [Gazette of Sindh, Extraordinary, Part IV, 16th July, 1990] No.PAS/Legis-B-1/90, dated 16-7-1990: -The Sindh Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) (Amendment) Bill, 1990 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 27th June, 1990 and assented to by the Governor of Sindh on 12th July, 1990 is hereby published as an Act of the Legislature of Sindh. 2. Amendment of section 3 of Sindh Act XXVI of 1974.--In the Sindh Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1974, hereinafter referred to as the said Act, in section 3, for the words "two thousand" the words "two thousand and five hundred" shall be substituted.
