ACT XIX OF 1992 ACT XIX OF 1992 AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1992 An Act further to amend the Agricultural Pesticides Ordinance, 1971 (Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 2nd September, 1992) The following Act of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) received the assent of the President on the 30th September, 1992 and is hereby published for general information:-- Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Agricultural Pesticides Ordinance, 1971 (II of 1971), for the purpose hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:--
