ACT XIX OF 1992 ACT XIX OF 1992 AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1992 An Act further to amend the Agricultural Pesticides Ordinance, 1971 (Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 2nd September, 1992) The following Act of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) received the assent of the President on the 30th September, 1992 and is hereby published for general information:-- 1. Short title and commencement.---(1) This Act may be called the Agricultural Pesticides (Amendment) Act, 1992. (2) It shall come into force at once.
