ACT XIX OF 1992 ACT XIX OF 1992 AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1992 An Act further to amend the Agricultural Pesticides Ordinance, 1971 (Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 2nd September, 1992) The following Act of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) received the assent of the President on the 30th September, 1992 and is hereby published for general information:-- 10. Amendment of section 22, Ordinance I of 1971.-----In the said Ordinance, in section 22, for the words "fine which may extend to one thousand rupees" the words "imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months and with Fine amounting to twenty-five thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
