ACT XIX OF 1992 ACT XIX OF 1992 AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1992 An Act further to amend the Agricultural Pesticides Ordinance, 1971 (Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 2nd September, 1992) The following Act of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) received the assent of the President on the 30th September, 1992 and is hereby published for general information:-- 11. Amendment of section 23, Ordinance II of 1971.----In the said Ordinance, in section 23, for the words "fine which shall not be less than two thousand and five hundred rupees or more than five thousand rupees or with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than one year or more than two years" the words "imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than two years or more than four years and with fine amounting to one hundred thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
