ORDINANCE X OF 1977 ORDINANCE X OF 1977 BALUCHISTAN BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ORDINANCE 1977 An Ordinance to establish Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Balochistan at Quetta [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 7th November 1977] No. Legis 1-34/Law/75.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 7th November 1977, is hereby published for general information :- 5. As from the date of commencement of this Ordinance the University of Baluchistan shall cam to exercise any poser within the province of Baluchistan in respect of the institutions Imparting Secondary and Inter mediate Education within the said province. The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette authority University of Baluchistan to exercise the powers of the Board under thus Ordinance for a period not exceeding one year from the date of commencement of this Ordinance in respect of such matter and Institutions as may specified in the said notification.
