ORDINANCE X OF 1977 ORDINANCE X OF 1977 BALUCHISTAN BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ORDINANCE 1977 An Ordinance to establish Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Balochistan at Quetta [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 7th November 1977] No. Legis 1-34/Law/75.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 7th November 1977, is hereby published for general information :- 6. Constitution of the Board. The Board shall consist of the following members, namely :- (1) (i) Chairman. (ii) A University Professor nominated by the vice Chancellor of the Unity of Baluchistan. (iii) The Director of Education in Baluchistan. (iv) The Principal, Government Polytechnic Institute, Quetta. (v) One representative of the syndicate of the University. (vi) One Principal of a College nominated by the Controlling Authority. (vii) One representative of Heads of Intermediate Colleges to be elected by the Principals from amongst themselves. (viii) One representative of the Headmaster/Headmistress to be elected by the Headmasters/Headmistresses from amongst themselves. (ix) Two persons nominated by the Controlling Authority. (2) The names of the nominated members shall be notified in the official Gazette. (3) The term of Am of members other than the as officio members shall be two years. (4) No member appointed by virtue of his office shall continue to be a member of any of the committee, of which he may be member. (5) When a person ceases to be a member of a Board, he shall cease to be member of any of the committee' of which he may be a member.
