Removed of Members.--(1) A member of the Board shall be liable to be removed by the Controlling Authority if he-- (i) becomes of unsound mind ; (ii) is declared insolvent by a competent Court; (iii) it convicted by a Criminal Court of as offence involving moral turpitude. (2) The decision of the Controlling Authority removing a member from his office under subsection (1) shall be final and shall hot be questioned by or before any Court or other Authority,
