Casual vacancies.---(1) Whenever there occurs a vacancy in the membership of the Board due to death, resignation or removal it shall be fitted in accordance with the provision, of the Ordinance. (2) The person who fill, She vacancy shall be a member of the Board for the fall term of two years.
