ORDINANCE X OF 1977 ORDINANCE X OF 1977 BALUCHISTAN BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ORDINANCE 1977 An Ordinance to establish Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Balochistan at Quetta [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 7th November 1977] No. Legis 1-34/Law/75.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 7th November 1977, is hereby published for general information :- 16. Employees of the Board.---(1) The Secretary and the Controller of Examinations shall be whole-time salaried officers of the Board and shall be appointed by the Controlling Authority. (2) the terms and condition of service of the Secretary and the Controller of Examinations and their powers and duties shall be such as essay be prescribed by regulations.
