ORDINANCE X OF 1977 ORDINANCE X OF 1977 BALUCHISTAN BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ORDINANCE 1977 An Ordinance to establish Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Balochistan at Quetta [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 7th November 1977] No. Legis 1-34/Law/75.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 7th November 1977, is hereby published for general information :- 20. Powers of Board to make regulations.---(1) 'The Board, may subject to be approval of Government, frame regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power', such regulations may provide for- (a) the terms and conditions of service of the employees of the Board, including matters relating to taking of disciplinary action against, grant of leave to, any retirement of, such employees ; (b) the constitution of pension or provident Fund or both for the benefit of the officers and other employees of the Board ; (c) the admission of institutions of the privilege of recognition and the withdrawal of recognition; (d) a general scheme of studies including the total number of subjects to be taught and the duration of courses ; and (e) all other matter: required under any of the provisions of this Ordinance to be provided in the regulations.
