Accounts and Audit.-(1) The accounts of the Board shall be maintained in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed by rule'. (2) The accounts of the Board shall be audited in such manner may be prescribed by regulations. (3) The Board shall, as soon as possible after the end of every financial year, submit to the Government, the annual statement of the accounts of the Board duly audited, together with the report of the auditor.
