ORDINANCE X OF 1977 ORDINANCE X OF 1977 BALUCHISTAN BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ORDINANCE 1977 An Ordinance to establish Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Balochistan at Quetta [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 7th November 1977] No. Legis 1-34/Law/75.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 7th November 1977, is hereby published for general information :- 24. Provident fund and Pension. (1) The Board shall establish for the benefit of its employees such pension or provident fund or both as may deem fit in such manner and subject to such editions as may be prescribed by regulations. (2) Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, declare that the provisions of the Provident Fund Act, 1925 (Act XI of 1925) shall apply to a Provident Fund established by the Board, and on the making of such declaration that Act shall apply as if such Board were Government and the said fund were the Government provident fund.
