ORDINANCE X OF 1977 ORDINANCE X OF 1977 BALUCHISTAN BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ORDINANCE 1977 An Ordinance to establish Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Balochistan at Quetta [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 7th November 1977] No. Legis 1-34/Law/75.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 7th November 1977, is hereby published for general information :- 33. (1) From the date of commencement of this Ordinance and till such time as the nominated and elected member, are Appointed, the Chairman and the ex officio members shall exercise ail the powers and perform all the duties of the Board and its Committee. (2) On the appointment of nominated and elected members, the Board shall exercise all powers and perform all duties of the committees of the Board till such tune a. the committees are constituted. (3) It any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Ordinances the Controlling Authority may take such action to remove the difficulty, as in the circumstances of the case. It may deem necessary. (4) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Ordinance the Controlling Authority may create ports or may appoint the first Chairman, the first Secretary, the drat Controller of Examinations and any other officer for a period not exceeding two years.
