ORDINANCE X OF 1977 ORDINANCE X OF 1977 BALUCHISTAN BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ORDINANCE 1977 An Ordinance to establish Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Balochistan at Quetta [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 7th November 1977] No. Legis 1-34/Law/75.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 7th November 1977, is hereby published for general information :- 34. (1) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Ordinance, every thing done, action taken, jurisdiction or power conferred, recognition granted, and order issued under any of the provisions of the University of Baluchistan Ordinance, 1970 (Baluchistan Ordinance I of 1970) and the regulations arced rules made thereunder, shall if not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance be continued and, so far a may be, deemed to have been respectively done, taken, conferred, granted mad issued undo this Ordinance. (2) Any action taken, jurisdiction or power conferred, recognition granted, and order issued, under any of tae provisions of the Baluchistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Ordinances, 1976 (Ordinance No. X of 1976) and the regulations and rules made thereunder, shall be continued and shall be deemed respectively, to have been taken, conferred, granted, issued and made under this Ordinance.
