ORDINANCE VIII OF 1977 ORDINANCE VIII OF 1977 BALUCHISTAN CIVIL SERVANTS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 1977 An Ordinance to amend the Baluchistan Civil Servants Act, 1974 (Act No. IX of 1974) [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 3rd November 1977] No. Leegis. l-12/73 Law.-The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 3rd November 1977, is hereby published for general information : - Preamble.-Whereas it is expedient to amend the Baluchistan Civil Servants Act, 1974 (Act No. IX of 1974) in the manner hereinafter appearing: And whereas the Governor of Baluchistan is satisfied that circumstances .exist which render it necessary to take immediate action; Now, therefore, in pursuance of Proclamation of the fifth day of July 1977, read with the Laws (Continuance in Force) Order, 1977 (C M.L.A.'s Order No. I of 1977) and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the Governor of Baluchiscan is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance :-
