[Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 23rd February, 1978] No. Legis 1-47/Law/71.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 13th February, 1978 is hereby published for general information. 2. Amendment of section 56-A of Act XVII of 1967.-In the Baluchistan Land Revenue Act, 1967 (Act, XVII of 1967) hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act, the following amendments shall be made :- In section 56-A (i) in clause (a) for the word "twelve" the word "twenty five" shall be substituted. (ii) in clause (b) for the void "twenty five" the word "fifty" shall be substituted. (iii) in clause (c) for the word "'twelve" the word "twenty five" shall be substituted.
