[Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 5th February, 1978] No. Legis 2-30/Law/75.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 29th January, 1978 is hereby published for general information. 1. Short title, extent and commencement.-- (1) This Ordinance may be called the Baluchistan Local Government (Amendment) Oadinance, 1978. (2) It extends to the whole of the Province of Baluchistan except Tribal Areas. (3) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect from the 12th December 1975.
