ORDINANCE VI OF 1978 ORDINANCE VI OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN SERVICE TRIBUNAL (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1978 An Ordinance to amend the Baluchistan Service Tribunal Act, 1974 [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 23rd February, 1978] No. Legis 1-47/Law/73.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 13th February, 1978 is hereby published for general information. 2. Amendment in Baluchistan Act, V of 1974.--In the Service Tribunals Act of 1974 in section 2, for clause (a) the following shall be substituted, namely; "(2) Civil Servant means a person who is, or has been a Civil Servant within the meaning of Baluchistan Civil Servants Act, 1974 (Act IX of 1974)."
