ORDINANCE XIII OF 1977 ORDINANCE XIII OF 1977 BALUCHISTAN WILDLIFE PROTECTION (1ST AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 1977 An Ordinance to amend the Baluchistan Wildlife Protection Act, 1974 [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 13th December 1977] No. Legis: 4-25/Law/76 -The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 12th December, 1977 is hereby published for general information. Preamble.-Whereas it is expedient to amend the Baluchistan Wildlife Protection Act, 1974 in the manner hereinafter appearing. And whereas the Governor is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take Immediate action ; Now therefore, in pursuance of the proclamation of the fifth day of July, 1977 read with the Laws (Continuance in Force) Order, 1977 (CMLA Order No. 1 of 1977) and in exercise of all the powers enabling him in that behalf, the Governor of Baluchistan is pleased to make and promulgate the following ,Ordinance :-
