ORDINANCE XIII OF 1977 ORDINANCE XIII OF 1977 BALUCHISTAN WILDLIFE PROTECTION (1ST AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 1977 An Ordinance to amend the Baluchistan Wildlife Protection Act, 1974 [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 13th December 1977] No. Legis: 4-25/Law/76 -The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the 12th December, 1977 is hereby published for general information. 1. Short title, extent and commencement.--(1) This Ordinance may be called the Baluchistan Wildlife Protection (1st Amendment) Ordinance, 1977. (2) It extends to the whole of the Province of Baluchistan except the Tribal Areas. (3) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on and from 22nd July, 1974.
