ACT VII OF 1975 ACT VII OF 1975 ASSOCIATED CEMENT (VESTING) ACT, 1974 An Act to provide for the vesting of the Associated Cement in the State Cement Corporation of Pakistan Limited [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 17th January 1975] The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President .on the 13th January 1975, and is hereby published for general information :- Whereas it is expedient to provide for the vesting of the Associated Cement in the State Cement Corporation of Pakistan Limited and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
