ACT VII OF 1975 ACT VII OF 1975 ASSOCIATED CEMENT (VESTING) ACT, 1974 An Act to provide for the vesting of the Associated Cement in the State Cement Corporation of Pakistan Limited [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 17th January 1975] The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President .on the 13th January 1975, and is hereby published for general information :- 9. Bar of jurisdiction.---(1) No Court shall call in question, or permit to be called in question any provision of this Act, or of any rule or order made or anything done or any action taken or purporting to be made, done or taken thereunder. (2) No Court shall grant any injunction, make any order or entertain any proceedings in relation to anything done or intended or purporting to be done under this Act.
