ACT VII OF 1975 ACT VII OF 1975 ASSOCIATED CEMENT (VESTING) ACT, 1974 An Act to provide for the vesting of the Associated Cement in the State Cement Corporation of Pakistan Limited [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 17th January 1975] The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President .on the 13th January 1975, and is hereby published for general information :- 11. Removal of difficulties.---If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any provision of this Act, the Federal Government may make such order or issue such directive, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of one year from the commencing day.
