ACT XLI OF 1975 ACT XLI OF 1975 BALUCHISTAN CONSTABULARY ACT, 1975 An Act to provide for the regulation of the Baluchistan Constabulary in Baluchistan [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 23rd April 1975] The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President of 19th April 1975, and is hereby published for general information :-- 12. Place of Imprisonment and liability to dismissal on imprisonment.----(1) Every person sentenced under this Act to imprisonment may be dismissed from the Baluchistan Constabulary and shall be further liable, by special order of the Federal Government or the Court, to forfeiture of pay and allowances and other public money due to him as well as of medals and decorations received by him. (2) Every person so sentenced to imprisonment shall, if he is so dismissed, be imprisoned in the nearest prison or such other prison as the Federal Government may, by general or special order, direct; but, if he is not so dismissed, he may, if the Court or the Commandant so directs, be confined in the quarter guard or such other place as the Court or the Commandant may consider suitable.
