ACT XLI OF 1975 ACT XLI OF 1975 BALUCHISTAN CONSTABULARY ACT, 1975 An Act to provide for the regulation of the Baluchistan Constabulary in Baluchistan [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 23rd April 1975] The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President of 19th April 1975, and is hereby published for general information :-- 16. General duties of members of the Constabulary.--(1) It shall be the duty of every member of the Constabulary promptly to obey and to execute all orders and warrants lawfully issued to him by any competent authority, to detect and bring offenders to justice, and to apprehend alt persons whom he is legally authorised to apprehend and for whose apprehension sufficient grounds exist. (2) Every member of the Constabulary shall be liable to serve without and beyond, as well as within, the limits of Pakistan.
